Nice little piece for aviation nerds:
I've known Dave for a couple of decades and he is possibly the nicest man on the planet. If you have been to an airshow in NZ you have probably seen his tiger moth display. Possibly the Avro Anson, and he also flew the first Mosquito that they restored.

Haha. I ferried a C402 up from Townsville up to Lae years ago, so all the way up the eastern edge of Cape York. When I arrived, the boss came out to inspect his new plane and his first words were "what's this all over it? It appears to be salt?"
"No idea mate, was like that when I got it".

It might not have much of a sonic boom but how are you supposed to see to land it? Auto land only? Cameras? That's why concorde had a movable nose cone.
