I have a mate who works in hospital management. Through out the hospital, everyone was asked for ideas about campaigns to encourage people to lose weight. His suggestion of 'lose weight or you're likely get diabetes and we'll probably have to chop your feet off' wasn't the chosen tag line, surprisingly
