True story (NSFW!):
Weinstein Accuser Says He Has No Testicles
Jessica Mann testified in a Manhattan courtroom Friday that Harvey Weinstein engaged in forced oral sex and raped her in early 2013 and alleged that she was in a twisted relationship with him because of her sexual inexperience.
As Mann tearily described alleged incidents, she also made the bombshell claim that Weinstein doesnât have testicles and appeared to have a vagina, saying she thought he was âintersexâ the first time she saw him naked.
Weinstein faces charges in New York City for allegedly raping Mann, and for an alleged sexual assault on former actress Mimi Haleyi. Prosecutors have used Sopranos actress Annabella Sciorraâs allegation that Weinstein raped her around late 1993 to bolster their claim that Weinstein has a pattern of predatory behavior. Weinstein has maintained his innocence.
âHe would talk very dirty to me about fantasies and things, and compare me to the other things actresses that he said were doing kinky, dirty things with him,â Mann testified. âHe always wanted to film me. I never gave him permission.â
âHe would say, âDo you like my big, fat, Jewish dick?ââ claimed Mann, 34.
âThe first time I saw him fully naked,â she said, âI thought he was deformed and intersex. He has an extreme scarring that I didnât know, maybe [he] was a burn victim âŠâ
âHe does not have testicles, and it appears that he has a vagina,â she claimed, saying she had oral sex with Weinstein.
As Mann claimed that he had deformed genitals, Weinstein dropped his head.
âHe also peed on me once,â she also said of Weinstein, who is 67.
Prosecutor Joan Illuzzi asked Mann to describe Weinsteinâs hygiene.
âIt was very bad,â she said. âHe smelled like shit â excuse me, sorry, like poop. He just was dirty.â
Mann entered the courtroom at 10:06 a.m. Weinstein eyed her as she walked to the witness stand. Illuzziâs initial questioning was clearly meant to establish both Mannâs naĂŻvetĂ© and vulnerability.
Mann testified that she grew up in a Washington State dairy community, that she had a turbulent family life, and was raised in a strict Christian tradition.

It gets better. (Did I say âbetterâ? I meant worse. (Harv injects saline into his weenis to make it bigger.))

This Weinstein palooka has got to be one of the biggest losers the Good Lord ever shoveled guts into.
He's got more money than Scrooge McDuck, he could have had his choice of call girl in every second night when he was away from home, and no-one would have known. He'd still have his attractive young missus, his children would be happy to have him around (rather than flee on sight) and he'd be $40 million better off, with the loot he shelled out to the first wave of rent seeking sheilas who lined up for "shut up" money.
Now he has to demean himself by going about all disheveled and crippled, being stared at on his way into court to hear the lying liars, clutching their Christine Blasey Ford procedures manual (first bung on a vulnerable widdle girl voice), reciting that he has ugly fat guts, a weeny little dick and appalling personal hygiene.
He sure didn't plan ahead for a successful life.

Streep? Along with Porky Oprah she has been around as long as Harvey the Splendid
RooterPuller (he favored the pull over the thrust I believe); there are plenty of jolly good friends forever photographs yet they never told him to pull his head in.They were (agent anointed) leading lights of Hollywood and they said nothing - leaders in their field, "empowered" wymminses but gutless; written up as admired, iconic, influential, respected plus a half dozen more unearned superlatives. Streep and Porky have both been a big deal since their 30s, for 40 years.
They could have done something but they did nothing, locked in a mutual embrace of the like minded.

A useful find Jegga, well worth reading.
The headline is incorrect though. What he did could arguably not be illegal, but by the standards of common decency, that I would hope we all hold ourselves, our family and our mates to, what he did was very, very wrong.

After listening to Catch and Kill is be very surprised if he didnât rape at least one woman. Iâm also sure some women like Asia Argento had no problem fucking him to further their career and then cashed in on #metoo as well .

I apply the sister etc. test. If it doesn't pass that, then I can't in all conscience accept it.

There's no doubt in my mind that the issue of consent is murky at best.

âLast spring, during my first week on the janitorial staff at a Dave & Busterâs, I struck up a conversation with a coworker who had served 17 years in prison. Swapping life stories, I sheepishly divulged that I used to work for The Washington Post, that I had a book published by HarperCollins, and that I spent years as the top editor of a popular website.â
âHe fixed a look at me. âSo what are you doing here?â he asked. For the life of me, I couldnât begin to explain.â

Well he's guilty of two counts, criminal sexual assault in the first degree and rape in the third degree.
