    Jesus Christ. If they went wide right earlier, they were there.

    @gt12 previously in years we had manu/whitelock from short line outs or big wingers naholo/Osbourne set first phase.

    @98blueandgold

    The did well early using the inside runner rather than trying to go wide early and now that’s all the are doing - right now again they should have scored but Hunt goes super wide for no good reason.

    @98blueandgold It would be very interesting to see a timeline of the average age of each NZ Super squad.

    Seems like loads of guys under 25 playing now - talented players, but lacking the experience of old grizzled veterans.

    Nareki was nowhere near the ball and they are terrible under the high ball; yet think it’s going to be a weapon for them?

    All you have to do is jump in the air. Sometimes refs need to use common sense.

    The landers need a better coaching and selecting panel.

    I think they could win that game if they selected the right ppl - they are a weak side, but they are playing with a terribly selected team.

    And the lineout kills us again!. I’m sure whitelock use to call them. With no squire, Dixon, Franklin etc just don’t look good enough in this area. Lack height both jumpers and lifters

    @98blueandgold Who call the l/o now? Whetton and Selby-R?

    Must say, the hookers didn't have a great night either. Coltman isn't exactly known for throwing well.

    Coltman hasn’t been able to throw into a line out for 10 years but still manages to get selected

    @Stargazer not sure, Whetton a lock/6 with no experience, parete a 6,3 lock, tuu and TBN both 8s so can’t think of who wld. Really lack to technical skills in area with make up of jumpers and lifters.

    @98blueandgold I think I saw Whetton make the calls before leaving the field. Just not sure who took over when he went off.
