    @Canes4life Great squad.

    Heaps of great players to pick from and it kind of feels wrong not to have Victor Vito and Julian Savea in that squad.
    I'd put Coy Jane at 14 instead of MNS.

    Chiefs for me would be:

    Taumalolo
    Hika Elliot
    Laulala
    Gibbs
    Lock
    Holah (I think he played for NZ Maori)
    Messam
    Lauaki (RIP big man!)
    Tawera Kerr-Barlow
    Cruden
    Second Five
    ALB
    McKenzie
    Lomu (RIP Big fella)
    Mils

    I have a mind blank for another lock and a 2nd 5

    @Hooroo I'd take SBW, he was a key performer in the Chiefs title run.

    @KiwiMurph

    Was Rupeni leftie? Fair enough to leave him out if the option is Jonah.

    But I'm somewhat more in favour of Vidiri over Toeava ( @mariner4life ).

    @Hooroo Kahui or Bunce at centre. If you pick Frank you just hope he brings his AB form with him.

    I am trying to think of a lock that qualifies.

    @KiwiMurph oh, and Olo Brown was THP.

    LHP options off the top of my head only would be Manu, Ofa ...

    @mikedogz I was looking for an improvement on Cooksley. 🙂

    Ross Filipo is one that has just come to mind.

    i always have the impression that the Chiefs end up with the weakest looking team in all of these "all time" lists

    We can't select the white fellas so no Jones or Retallick in this team.

    Larsen never played for the Maori did he? Thompson was good at no.8 in 2012.

    This thread title is a deliberate attempt to fire me up isn't it? Maori are Polynesian!

    Oh yeah, good spotting, I should take my like back of @.Wellington4Life 😉 No issue with not having Fatty and Victor in there though over the guys chosen.

    You guys don't consider Bunce good enough for the Chiefs?

    I went with a Polynesian team (not Fijian)
