Is it a kind of outline of the lower South Island or something? It's a kind of light "army" green, which just seems really odd.

White shirt with yellow collar and cuffs; black or dark blue(?) shorts If you look at the black adidas stripes on the shirt, you can see that those paint brush strokes on the white are closer to dark blue than grey.

Having all teams with white alternate strips is just more evidence of laziness from Adidas
