Ya think? Frizzell would have scored if he held it in two hand by his chest. He was that close. Slamming the ball down to look good= showboating?
I'd be ok with the reversed penalty if they ran that all the time, and everyone knew the rules on it. It just gets policed randomly when some refs feel like it.
