Sterling best on show, Kane provided best moments when he came deep (pass for Saka and a couple of others) but he did it too much and all it meant was that there was nobody in the centre.
Pickford is definitely due a blunder that costs a goal, he seems to be getting more and more dodgy.
Looking forward to the final - both semis were great and the final should be similarly good.
Good on Denmark, they have added a lot to this tournament since their near tragic start.
Good on England, didn't crumble when going a goal down.
England's first final since 1966 ......thanks for that confirmation on the Sterling foul about VAR, I am still surprised that was allowed to stand it was a shocker in my eyes. Like it has been mentioned from the parts I watched it was shame it came to that, as Sterling looked in great form up to that point on merit.
The Danish player dived and earned the free kick that they scored off. And England had a very strong penalty shout disallowed not long before Sterling's soft pen. That's football, England played better and deserved the win

lol since when does two wrongs make a right work, just because other decisions were touch and go doesnt mean you ignore the other. If you see my other post you can see I agree England were the better side and probably deserved the win, but was calling out that whole passage of play was probably worse than the others. You always get shit decisions in every sport, I get that, I just thought this one was right up there. Then to hear also post match about the second ball on the pitch in the same area at the time (not allowed), the crazy fan who was shining lazers.., Kasper even more of a legend to even block the penalty.
Crazy finish ..but good luck to England and Italy regardless

Italy have played the best football but I think I’m actually going to support the English here. Not least because Italy’s trophy cabinet is not what you’d call bare. Southgate seems like a jolly decent chap too.

I feel there is a gaping home in this analysis. Neither have been in recent starting 11s, so who is dropping out of the 11 for Grealish?

@Rapido Foden was starting games at the beginning of the tournament. Grealish started against the Czech Republic and played a prominent role off the bench against Germany.
Finals are time for leaders. Henderson and Grealish (both club captains) in the starting line-up. Rice and Saka can sit on the bench.
