The World Champion test cricket side (I love saying that
)are full of 'poaches' 3 absolutely only moved to NZ for their cricketing careers and one as a kid. Near as damn it a third of the side.Yet amazingly all seem pretty committed to NZ and as 'Kiwi' in their approach as any of the NZ born players.

To be fair, I was reminded of this topic and the mocking of sg in the weekend when I was watching Formula 2 and mentioned that I was watching a couple of kiwis race.
But was I? I had no idea of their life and background, all I know is they were racing under the New Zealand flag.
Pretty shit I now can't call someone a kiwi unless I know they were born and raised in NZ and stayed there.

England Cricket do / did get a lot of criticism, though - during their Pietersen, Trott years especially - for having similar ratios.
