BOP v Waikato

By my count, Waikato have their 5th and 6th rated hookers playing in this game. Marshall played for NH against Waikato so I don't know how that works.
I am interested to see how Cook-Savage goes at fullback, and Te Rama Reuben when he comes on. First year out of school and he has definitely bulked up when I watched him play for the Waikato U20s a few weeks ago.
@ARHS Again, no information about player availability and I told them so earlier in the week.

I've heard rumours that some players from the Auckland region provinces are now on loan to other provinces.

Waikato need to find some true locks for 2022 as both the scrum and lineout has suffered when McWhannell isn't on the field. Tucker, Burr and Thompson are all 6s, and the latter has had issues pushing in the scrum. Finau was used as the no.1 option when he played, so has been a big loss.
That said, I thought that Waikato showed some spirit and guts in the 2nd half, and fronted. Leuila and Cook-Savage should have started in earlier games. Ratima continues to develop with every game. Tucker played well in his 50th game.
It is strange seeing so many young players out there for both teams, which has made this NPC like no other.
