Terrible clean out by Scotland, some basic rugby going amiss for this last minute choke.

@nzzp it was fair though. Penalty only for a high shot. What's the problem?

the time it takes, the interruption to the game.

Get two refs on the field and accept it's a fluid sport. Thisis the first rugby game I've seen in a while - -- so I am sensitised

@nzzp I didn't have a problem with it once I saw it and the correct call was made.

4 minutes to set a scrum however....

    That’s on the players.

    Good win Scotland.

Great passion by the Scottish team and crowd at the end there. They wanted it more.

The second most punchable face in England looking like a stunned mullet.

Cowan-Dickie can own that loss. What a brain fart

All credit to Scotland, but two brain farts cost England that match. Cowan-Dickie knocking it out and Eddie Jones not getting Jamie George on to throw into the line-out.

Can't imagine many Scots buying beers for anyone else, especially not an Englishman.

Can't see many Scots buying beers for anyone else, especially not English men.

    Tired old cliche.
I have spent many an afternoon in the pub in Scotland with no evidence of that being the case. In fact in many places you end up with a row of drams in front of you as punters spend their change on the drop of the day bowser and the barman distributes them.
    Serious drinkers are the Scots.

@crucial My experience too. 😉 To be fair, almost everywhere that plays Rugby you're going to find fantastic hospitality off the field.

But preferably when someone else is paying for them.

What she didn't realise was that most of the Scots Rugby team are Unionists so some of them pissed in there first.

I don’t follow international politics, in fact I barely follow NZ politics, but I know this is funny so I’ll give it an upvote.

I’m assuming this is as cringy as all the times John Key went and had beers with the ABs after the game ?
