I've assumed this isn't real and is a piss-take of extreme quality. If not we are buggered.
"Staff members at the University of Bristol have been given guidance on gender identity and neopronouns, including 'catgender'.
The institution says in its 'using pronouns at work' document that staff should declare their own pronouns when meeting students and new people for the first time, encouraging staff to put their own preferred pronouns in their email signatures to support trans and non-binary students and normalise the practice for all.
Its guidance also links to a web page that says that some people may identify as felines and others could use 'emojiself pronouns'"
From the link...
"Nounself pronouns are type of neopronoun that are derived from an existing word. They are commonly, but not always, used by xenic individuals who may want to use a pronoun set that corresponds with their xenogender, or some other aspect of themself. For example, someone who is catgender may use nya/nyan pronouns".

@antipodean so I have my performance review next month. Does this mean instead of answering all the grading questions I just need to show a supermarket receipt for wholemeal?

They're hilarious. Don't work if wind is too low. Don't work if wind is too high. Don't work permanently if the wind blows far too high.

Yeah, part of the solution but not the solution itself. Big money-makers though.

Dunno if this is the right thread but...
God give me strength.

That's a bit trite though. Every wind farm that goes up has years of wind history data behind them. It's very rare when the actual wind conditions vary materially from that history. Physical underpermance is almost always because of mechanical issues, financial issue from that also and system issues (technical and legislation)
