Yeah well seems Hunt is out, as is De Groot, so you would think/hope Gilbert gets another run at 10. I like Banks etc , but he really is somewhat past his prime, and for all the great storied his prime was only ever an average Super player anyway.

@Dan54 i dont hate on Banks as much as some, I was happy enough with the thought he was our 3rd 10....and then we never signed a real 2nd...and then we never played (koroi) the one we were trying to make...he's along way from the mr reliable he was in 2016 and gilbert surpassed him easily on the weekend

I don't hate Banks at all never have, I think you right he would be ok at 3rd No10.
There is nothing wrong with me saying he was only evet an average super player, the vast majority are, doesn't make them poor players.
Bedside which I don't hate or dislike any player. -

@Kiwiwomble I was pretty surprised at the "hate" directed his way, especially when people were saying how crap he was while Hunt was running around laying turds all over the show.
Who'd wanna be a kiwi ten in SR eh? I'm sure Barrett, Mounga, Gatland, Trask, Perofeta, Burke, Ioane, JGB, etc have all been lambasted this season.
