@nzzp As a neutral, I don't think he's been that bad, but I agree he's very annoying when he's commentating a game of a team you support.

Auckland starting to fall off tackles...although one ref calls tackle.and player then propels forwards on the ground when released

some of those scrum penalties seem a bit weird. But that's refs I guess. Auckland look very dominant there, but not getting reward all the time

So if you didn't know, TJ is from Picton. 😉

Sykes-Martin is getting smashed in the legal scrums.

@nzzp yeah the one about 30 mins was odd, Auckland totally dominant, the Ta$man prop popping up but Auckland pinged for driving up?

Scrums are almost as much of a mystery as mauls....

Guessing Ahio will be getting some game time, at least in preseason, for the Blues next year.

Our lightweight scrum is getting killed. If the Auckland tighthead is bright enough to just push straight.... 🙂

Big Levi keeping us in a game we're really just hanging by the fingernails.

It's not news, but Hotham is a really good prospect. You'd think he'll be No. 1 at the Crusaders by the end of next season. Hard to see how he'll be behind Drummie.

The two he got pinged for the Auckland tighthead very obviously drove in at a sharp angle. Dumb as, because Auckland is clearly dominant.

That's the risk of the chip kick ...

Especially when you are slow like Plummer.

    Young Auckland lock going well.

Hard to believe there isn't a better option than Aoake. Are Cobb and McKenzie both injured? How about Sofai Maka?

Auckland have been a frustrating watch this season.

Looking forward to the back of Ieremia to be honest.
