The spin bowlers went for 6.25 and 5.75 an over. So we stuck with rotating only the three pace bowlers who get tonked. Kane is about as useful with his captaincy as he is with his fielding and T20 batting at the mo.

    Is Milne injured?

That was closer than I thought. Not sure that was Umpire's call to be honest.

The wicket is playing quite true naysayers!
    Can we chase 182 ?

No we can’t. But we can chase 180

Sloppy fielding sums up the innings.

Did well to be only chasing 180 though

Sloppy performance from us. Decent comeback in the final few overs. 180 is not unsurmountable.

They said it was in line and going on to hit the stumps. So 2/3 is umpires call I thought.

    Mitchell dropping Buttler crucial.

Not a bad comeback - apart from the final over, but the fielding fumbles have been very costly.

England might have been a bit cautious given the tournament situation.

Think we'll be pretty heavily reliant on Allen getting away - otherwise we might end up protecting the NRR.

We’re in the contest at 9 an over.
Could have been better, but with some luck and a couple of guys in touch we should get close.

    Protecting NRR important

    Mmmhh

    I said at about 12 overs I'd take 180.

Not exactly a comeback, but damage limitation.

Just have to bat better than we bowled and caught.

60 in the power play should be our target.
