Just quietly between us fellas, pretty chuffed about the above result. Some of you may have known I have been BB in pretty serious way for the last 7 months, and that is the result. It's been a hellofa ride for me and the Mrs (The other half the the current NZ Couple champion pair, and 2nd place in the 35+ figure category).

Thank you for indulging me in my moment of weakness and bragaddo!

think you still need to be 'selected' Hooroo, but am now qualified to enter if named in NZ teams etc to play with the big boys on the world stage, but I don't think I would at this stage to be honest, shoulders and biceps need plenty of work!
buggered if I know on that % MN5 - on our scales at home which are pretty flash reads between 3 and 6 over that last week.

Yeah Duluth, pretty much weight divisions. Athletic you take your height in CMs and take of 98, and that is the max weight you are allowed. The Physique bugggers are open weight I think - might have a height thing, but weight is much more than the athletics.

SO my max weight is 80.5. Weighed in at 79.3 in track pants and tee shirt.

Holy shit. Not enough fat on you to fry an egg Bartman ! although you'd be better off having them poached without the yolks I'd imagine xzxcool

What are the highlights since you've had time to recuperate? What do you love doing/not doing now the comps are out of the way???

Are you still training?

mate, no highlights yet. Still retaining fluid like crazy and not feeling that flash at all to be honest - bloated and unwell. Not training, took the week off and back into next week. See out trainer on Tuesday and get new programmes and eating plans for the next few months then. Next comp in May or June of next year.

Think the cumulative effect of leaning down twice in two weeks have made the after effects (we retained fluid after the first one too, but only for a couple of days before the body came right) worse. No way would I recommend doing two in two weeks to ANYONE!

Have had some judges talking to my trainer about me going up to the physique class - the massive dude on he right. I wouldn't mind, but Mrs B doesn;t like the 'freaks' very much. I think my legs are already to that level, upper body is where the work would have to be. If I could keep my symmetry I wouldn't mind, but I don't want to look too big. I like the fact that I throw a tee shirt on and no one knows that I am a BB!
