<p>101.5kg this morning so whatever I am doing so far seems to be working ( not drinking, in a nutshell )</p>

<p>Test of willpower coming up next week, will be taking the boys to the country ( Wairarapa to be precise ) for a few days for the school holidays ( the joys of only needing a laptop and cellphone to do work ) and it's going to be EXTREMELY hard not to have a wine/beer in front of the fire when they're in bed. There's always 20 odd bottles of red on a rack by the bench and there'll be no other adults there to keep tabs on me.</p>

<p>The days will consist of lots of kicking balls around, throwing rocks and chasing sheep.</p> -

<p>She's self employed too, problem is she has to actually interact with people face to face unlike me. ( phone usually does the trick )</p> -
<p>First mission was to have no booze and pleased to say that was accomplished, temperature certainly didn't make me feel like a beer which I must say helped immensely but the Red WIne was calling me like Palpatine called Anikan, pleased to say I resisted the urge.</p>

<p>Also took the boys to play Carterton which had a weird training circuit thing at the park, got to do some seated lat pulldowns and seated bench press. Fucken piss easy with my own bodyweight so added another 60kg or so with both boys jumping on my knee to help out.</p> -
<p>Captains log - Day 15... hands are shaking and I've gone back to burpees... I think this lack of booze is really starting to fuck with me. </p>

<p>Do you put any wax type treatment in it ? Big brother really is watching, I changed my FB profile pic to the mighty beard I had in the summer of 2014/2015 and lots of ads for grooming came up on my feed !</p> -
<p>wtf!? that FB stuff is creepy aye. I remember searching for some property a while back (in chrome, nothing to do with FB) and then I started getting suggested posts on FB about property in those areas. Scum!!</p>
