Why are the Landers not just kicking the ball out? They're too far behind for a bonus point and risk giving one away.

Think back to our hookers last year...

One of the few success stories IMHO. Sticking with Taylor and easing in Slammin' Sami worked out pretty well and we ended up with a good combination.

    Silver linings.

Surely the review of Murphy's performance means we don't see him in charge again this year?

@Victor-Meldrew Playing Taylor against Ireland was hardly a "success story" ...

Wow your need to defend foster has got you right twisted fella.

Taukeiaho was selected because of injury.

Was referring to how new talent was managed and integrated into the team.

Be happy if they same thing happens to Roigard

@Victor-Meldrew It was poorly managed. It was just Foster bias towards old players who are not very good. Taylor at his best is about a 5 or 6 out of ten at test level.

    Canes too good.

    breakdowns poorly officiated.

Landers pack did enough to provide enough possession, Cameron played ok for me, but TUJ aside landers are toothless and clueless 9 - 15,

I'm inclined to post a gif of the Fonz again.

Taukeiaho had already been "integrated" the year before.

He misses so much obvious stuff and the breakdown is always "interesting".

How Murphy let Proctor roll and roll in the leadup to Blackwell's try was a shocker. The Hurricanes had a penalty advantage but still.

Stay on topic. This is the ABs hookers and halfbacks thread.

Enjoyed that, would of liked bonus point, but didn't expect us to get one.

Geez the Blackwell haters would be quiet tonight, he went bloody well. I still worry we haven't got a lot of height, when Howden came on, shouldn't really win mant lineouts at but the boys kept up alright I thought. Well drilled lineout?

    Roigard-Fakatava battle was good,.

Up there with saying Foster managed the hookers well. Apart from a crucial mistake letting the Landers in, nearly fluffing a sure try and being otherwise fairly anonymous, he went bloody well.
