    @Steven-Harris I think that's mainly due to our pack, particularly the frontrow.

    Make that equal, and you get a different game.

    @Chris Bodes well for Hurricanes fans... really don't think they are challengers next year, though that is another argument for another day.

    Some grass cutter tackles there. Lucky the ref didn’t call them

    Yeah, Cahill did a few.

    Ironically the scrum has held up well

    @frugby

    I am not going to bag the players as some have looked good in other environments during SR.

    They look lost poor buggers.

    Changing the subject, surely this Tuilagi bloke is going to end up a prop. Looks nothing like a lock.

    If these conditions are representative of SA in the Winter, I can see why SA like to play it tight

    We just seem to lack cohesion, and the forwards are running one out instead of playing narrow and tight

    @canefan It's a big country. I assume there are plenty of regional variations. @OomPB will know.

    Scrum has gone well but the lineout is poor and the attack has not fired much of a shot.

    French defence superb and impressed with their ruck organisation.

    Looks like a highland location. Maybe it's drier out near the coast

    @ACT-Crusader I thought the line-out went reasonably well. What they did with the ball after the line-out was more the issue, I think.

    Cant see many future All Blacks in this lot

    We said the same thing during the 2019 tournament, and 8 ABs have been produced form that team.

    Wouldn't write them off just yet.

    This game is a typical example of when one thing goes wrong, everything goes wrong.

    NZ U20s made a lot of these similar errors vs Wales and Aus.

    The difference is France is a whole different level and punish accordingly.

    Think that is kind. They are just far better than us.

    @frugby I don't think what I said contradicts that.
