Yeah strange one with Christie. Read earlier in the week that him, Thompson and Reddish were sent home rather than travelling to SA. Funny not to select your co captain at all. I guess Thompson not being picked makes sense once you see the forward/back solit on the bench and Reddish probably just 4th choice lock with Whitelock covering that spot too.

<p>Lentjes looks a bit light and the Landers may regret Christie's physicality. But JJ must have his own reasons to make such a stunning choice.</p>

<p>i would have been tempted by thompson too, faddes has done some really good stuff this season but last few games has been making a few too many errors for finals footy.</p>
