Tackle count heavily against the Welsh. Could be telling later in the game, although that would be contingent on the Aussies figuring out a semblance of an attack, save for pass it to Kerevi.

@Billy-Tell 40 mins left and who knows with these 2 mobs. But Rennie would have at least had a plan, not this scattergun anarchy that Jones has instilled.

Panic has got hold of these Wallabies. They need to make it to half time and regroup.

I don't think they have the belief anymore.

    Players must not:
Pick the ball up with their legs.
Intentionally collapse a ruck or jump on top of it.
    Intentionally step on another player.
Fall onto, or over, the emerging ball while it is on the ground near to the ruck.
Kick, or attempt to kick, the ball out of a ruck.

Was he sacked for rugby or political reasons?

Why do Australia play in orange these days?

2 or 3 years ago, Rugby Australia did a review of all the ways they'd been fucking up and passing off fans. One of the things they found was that changing the colour of the jersey every year or two was maybe not a great idea - it kept changing from gold to muscanary yellow to orange to mustard. So they said we'll run a fan survey, and whatever they choose we will stick with.

They got a few classic shirts from over the years, and the 1991 jersey won the poll. 1991 was a lot more orange than any recent jerseys, so that's what they wear now.

Unfortunately it's coincided with them starting to play like the Dutch national team.

@Billy-Tell All on a whim as soon as Eddie left England. Zero planning. Much as it is now.

    Dave wasn't Australian.

Wales far more controlled so far, just lacking a bit of penetration. Good kicking game

LOL nice to see that typical Aussie scrum BS get called for what it is... (they got away with it way too much in SR and RC)

Basically wheeling or walking around the scrum .... in the same bag of tricks of not taking the hit etc.. Barnes had none of it.

Jeez Aussie are a shambles. Selections are mud, they look poorly coached.

    Pathetic for a WC side.

I would suggest Aussie needs to score next - otherwise it could be Aussie Aussie Aussie, gone gone gone (Foster still has a chance at matching it though)

Try to Wales. Chip over the top with no fullback covering.

    Australia looked cooked.
