Guy wearing 15 for NSW had been good.

    Yeo.

If I was running the Warriors I’d pay him $2m a season to come and play for us. He makes metres at will, always takes several to bring down. Offload threat.

Possibly, Queensland will have to throw it around and chance their arm now. It’ll either work for them, or against them.

A tip tackle in the 1st half where the ball carrier did a 360 like that was penalised, ref has swallowed his whistle.

Edwards just makes the right play and has the ability to break the line.

Every time Queensland have gone wide tonight, they’ve all run sideways, they need someone to change the angle and straighten it up.

A number of their backs are smaller, nimble foot and in a game like tonight have not had a platform to work from.

Well done Blues. They had a 15-20 minute period of dominance and that was the difference

That game was brutal and both teams should be applauded for such a great contest.

Warriors surely won’t have Barnett back up

Slater had a shocker with the rotation imo, and it cost QLD. Kaufusi? Why pick the guy if you're not gonna use him? The forwards were stuffed out there and he was barely used, and Ponga coming on affected the line defensively. The QLD forwards needed help out there but got none due to a poor bench rotation, having Grant and Ponga with Kaufusi not being used after the first 15 mins.

By they time Best scored, QLD could barely walk to the kickoff.

Wow, what a game! We were chatting at halftime that Best would decide the game with a rock or diamond the way the ball followed him.
So rapt to see Dylan Edwards with mom. What an amazing performance by him yet again!

What actually happened there? Didn’t he start the game but can’t say I saw him again after his first sub? The stats say he made 5 tackles and ran for 4 metres. Yes just 4!

@ACT-Crusader And played 8 mins in origin 2.

Is Slater being forced to play him or something, similar to NSW selections in the past?

    well, shit.

Congratulations NSW, the better side for most of the series, and thus deserving winners.

I see Billy had a whinge about Klein, who is shit, but it wasn't Ashley who picked the team there Bill.

Game played out exactly like we all thought it would. NSW absolutely dominant in the first half, and for Qld to turn in front was testament to some outstanding defense. Qld were slowly working back in to the game, and actually looked to be getting on top when that first fucking try happened. Credit to Luai, took a ball on the ground from a scrubby offload and turned it in to a try. The Qld had like 2-3 minutes of madness and there was your final score.

Qld never looked like scoring a try all night TBH. We lost the middle, and NSW had the pace out wide to deal was some very horizontal attack.

Deardon was the best player on the field, pity he had no help. I hate Reece Walsh more now than i did at 7.30 last night. Capewell was a net zero, no fuck ups, tackled well, but nothing with ball in hand. That's a better score than most of the other forwards. Carrigan probably the only other forward to come out with his reputation intact. Val Holmes actually played well last night I'll give him that. DCE, Hunt and Grant all very poor.

You need a re-think Billy, because NSW are in front of you now. They have better players in a lot of positions (Edwards is a freak) and their forwards pumped us.

Back to club land where the Warriors are... shit...
