    Yeah, it's sad, but good that people - also in sport - are finally talking about it. I think Kirwan's message in the last video below is particularly good: "It's an illness, not a weakness". Still too often people with mental illness, especially men, are told to harden up or treated as nutcases.

    I'm glad NZR's message is not just about/for retired players, because it's definitely an issue for players who are still in the game, too.

    @mooshld yeah, a pretty grim situation.

    It's good we've seen more attention given to talking about depression and encouraging folks to seek support. Also glad to see rugby building on the work JK started, particularly with the research into head injuries and long term effects.
