    I've just heard that foster hasn't got a job next year? Anyway in the morning interview before the final in his normal not-at-all-funny way he answered a question about his future saying he's going to mow his lawns (ho-ho-ho, you jester. So respectful to a journo who is only allowed one question). Anyway he did mention as it went off to the next journo that 'it is coaching tho'. I wonder where?

    Gets quite a salary currently though, doesn't he? And a bonus if he/they win the next game? Asking, not sure.

    Lots of places where an ex-ABs coach could work with far less stress and more money. Pasta or ramen would work easily

    Wallabies appear to have no KPIs currently. So chicken parma/prawns could be an option.

    I must admit, it would give me a bit of a smile if he went to aus and won the bledisloe.

    Have to think that could well end Canes time in black, barring several injuries?

    If he isnt here to play Super and make a push for the black jersey, then with Razor there, have to think he'd be looking at a clean slate almost.

    Good on him. Think he could do with a break. Maybe he comes bac refreshed and stronger. Also, it gives Tim something to celebrate as wunderkid Dalton now has a free path to the top.

    @taniwharugby

    I think it is a good idea for Cane to go, get away from Nz and just Play some rugby elsewhere after the final.

    It is also a convenient excuse as to why Razor won’t pick him.

    Better late than never but it’s a good place for Cane to practice lowering his tackling height.

    And so it begins ... and - no doubt - more to follow:

    Ta$man's Seta Baker and North Harbour's Danyon Morgan-Puterangi have signed with NE Free Jacks in the MLR.
