Yes I think the shield will be heading north.

Good try from Mitch Brown. Naholo looking dangerous.

Naholo should go off for a HIA after that head clash ... but he's not.

Try Nareki. They should check for a forward pass and touch.

Try given. Not in touch. They didn't check the try assist.

    Great conversion from Koroi.

    17 - 13 Otago

    That's the half time score.

Taranaki could be up by 30 odd points if they didn’t keep dropping it with the line in sight. Entertaining game so far though.

Naholo looks like he's playing down a couple of grades. Good fun to watch

Every time that Nareki gets the ball I have a mini heart attack. He's in again, Otago up 33 - 27. 14 mins left.

Bad collision between Potroz and Nareki.

Edit: fortunately, Nareki can play on, but he'll feel that the next few days.

Potroz taking one for the team and disabling Otago's most dangerous player.

Great penalty kick from Koroi. He has a good boot, today.

35 - 27 to Otago. 8 points margin with just over 10 minutes to play.
