Hamilton Burr at 7 looks like they are going for size in this one -

Rob Cobb with Waikato, does anyone know if has he been signed as injury cover? Not a bad pick up!
@Nogusta Any idea about this?
-
@DrivingMaul It will be interesting to see how he goes, its a pretty good HB loose forward trio he'll be up against...
-
I'll be doing post match interviews at this game, anyone that you would like to hear from?
-
Hawke's Bay Coaches: Mark Ozich or Josh Syms
Hawke's Bay players: Gareth Evans & Isaia Walker-Leawere (maybe you can ask him whether he has re-signed with the Canes haha). Suggestion for a back: Caleb Makene.
Oh, and if he happens to be there: John Plumtree! (any info is welcome about which players (for which positions, if he can't give names) he's looking at as possible Canes' signings
)

Adding to that, can you show him a map of the Hurricanes regions so he realises Hawkes Bay is included?
You could ask Fakatava when he's eligible for NZ, and in fact of he's declaring for NZ?
-
@Stargazer I normally get 1 coach and 1 player from each team. Isaia is a great shout
-
Almost time guys but not before one last listen to Hammond Gamble's "C'mon the Bay" to top of my preparation.
Stargazer, have you done your tips yet. We will need them as I'm sure our BoP opponents will probably all tip for the DSW and we will probably all be going for the Bay of course. I predict the tipping match will probably be decided one way or the other after tonight's game. -

Mark Hammett if he is around. Get his justification on his NZSS and Hurricanes bias against HB
-
@Nepia Mr.Briant maybe has the guilts about the first try and has set about trying to balance things up from that! We are going ok considering the very limited amount of possession we have had (and when we do get it someone usually kicks it away again).
-
@Stargazer said in Waikato v Hawke's Bay:
There was nothing wrong with the try. McClutchie just slammed it down; hence the bounce.
He let go of the ball and never regained control
-
Izzy from Gizzy is a beast.

@Stargazer said in Waikato v Hawke's Bay:
@Duluth He had control when he slammed it on the ground.
That’s not regaining control. That’s slapping it into the ground after losing it.
His face summed up what he thought

I am tempted to comment on that yellow card awarding but won't.
I will
Correct decision
I don't think that is in dispute.

Oh, was it complaining about no card earlier?
Hard to keep track of who is whining about what...
I am actually cheering for HB. The 2nd div team winning is good for my side
