Looking at the maps seems Kamaishi will be yet to feel the full effect, but they're obviously worried about something if there is an evacuation order in place.

Landslides etc being reported, and after seeing the view from Uruguay v Fiji, it seems mountainous around there so hardly surprising

Yep, it’s been moving very slowly, and is still over Iwate. Landslides are the danger around there.

Nagano and Tochigi have rivers with burst banks too, so that could be a concern further north if the rain keeps up.

It's a pity this game isn't going ahead. The battle of the bottom dwellers. Who would have come out at the bottom? My bet was on Canada.
