Rennie reminds me the most of Ted - has by far the most experience but still seems to have the magic touch. He probably can command the best backroom too?

Think we need some fresh blood. Joseph & Razor for me.

Razor is a shrewd coach and Joseph certainly instills belief, passion and mongrel in a team. The latter seems to have fallen off in the 2-3 seasons.

Rennie for me, taking over a failing Foster team and winning shit sounds familiar for some reason.

Good to see the Hammerteur or Philpott are not available to vote for as that lessons the competition challenging Foster for last place.

I voted for Gatland but would be happy with Joseph or Rennie. But the elephant in the room for me is the player pool. I think that is the issue for NZ rugby. For example, who are the next three no 8's now KR is gone?

Dave Rennie did a great with the Chiefs, but hasn't been nearly as impressive at Glasgow.

Different cattle but Glasgow made the Pro 14 final last year. After the M10 Cup final result it makes his success with Wellington even more impressive. 🙂

What Cooper did with the Chiefs this year was pretty impressive. Like to see him in the mix as well.

Draw a line under the Henry-Hansen era and start with a clean sheet - Joseph, Razor and Brown as a new iteration of the TWM.

If the next coaching set up doesn't have Tony Brown, the NZR have lost the plot.

Gatland? No thanks. Haven’t you seen him singing the Welsh anthem. That’s un-New Zealand

Joseph for me. Next Robertson. Next Rennie.

And Tony Brown in the mix.

When you consider the highlanders then the brave blossoms, Joseph looks a great coach.

Joseph, but I'd quite like him to bring on Gatland and Foster as technical advisors for a year or two. Brown or Rennie assistant, then bring in Razor when Gatland and Foster are gone as other assistant.

Us. All of us here, the rest of them are useless pricks that lose all of the time.

Oh, and Joseph for head coach. He gets to pick assistants.

Yep, the makers of the trophy mixed up inches with cms and produced a super-sized trophy.

It's last known whereabouts were in the NZ Rugby Museum in Palmerston North:

Who ever it is needs to get Robertson out of the Crusaders and Blackadder back in. At least Blackadder was able to manage his All Blacks to cruise through Super rugby without giving two Fu&&$. Robertson has them giving everything and it's impacting on the ABs
