Well that's my fitness at an end for a while
I have put my back in the worst way I ever have. Fuuuuuck it hurts. I have basically zero range of movement.
I was in so much pain heading to the toilet last night I passed out and hit.my head on the tiles! The thump woke the wife. Took.me half an hour to get back to bed
Drive back from Port this morning to make a first thing physio appointment sucked just so many bags of dick

Do stretches....and/or Pilates. We’re not as young as we used to be.
Builds and maintains those niggly little stabilisers that are so easy to forget

A few hours of beach cricket on Saturday strained it. Trying to throw a kid in the pool wrenched it.
Big part is I used to do a lot of core work. That all stopped in March when the gyms closed.

Isn't core work the kind of thing you can do at home or did you incorporate it into other exercises?

Not really. I can not do these for months and still easily bust out 3 or 4 minutes. I think you get to a stage then when it’s more sensible to move onto harder variations.
@JK from memory she made having Shortland Street on in the background extremely tolerable even if her skin was the same colour as Donald Trumps
