Do you guys really see any difference between the Far left SJWs and the Far right deplorables? Both sides in their little tit for tat have extremes that make all the noise and get all the attention.
I love how you all laugh about triggering yet the SJWs seem to be able to push certain peoples buttons all day long. Where is the moderate middle? Does it even exist anymore or are they just so tired of the shouting the can't be arsed with it all.
The moderate middle who got called deplorables for not meeting the lofty standards of Hillary and being concerned about trivial shit like bathrooms for transgender schoolchildren and instead being concerned with trivial shit like hoping one day they'd be able to retire, send their kids to college and have a decent job.

It will be amusing watching Obama trying to act with gravitas and be presidential for the next 2 months. He can't match Trump.
In what way can't he match Trump? I'd say Trump is going to work hard trying to act with gravitas when he takes office given his history of making idiot comments like how he'd like to bang his own daughter.
-
@Wairau yep, and now I read that, in contrast to when Bush welcomed the Obamas to the Whitehouse, the Obamas this time cancelled a photo opportunity showing their welcome of the Trumps-due to the campaign's intensity.
My point proven in their first meeting. -

Not to mention that he has acted unbelievably poorly through the primaries and on, throughout his campaign he has stoked the fires of racism and xenophobia. In fact he looked vaguely presidential for the first time on election night, after winning. How will he react if he loses a battle or two? He will need to work very hard to act in a way that will unite both sides under his leadership

These people are basically protesting against a free democratic election. This is getting pretty crazy now, and the media + celebrities are pouring fuel onto the fire. Nobody wins here.
How was it free and democratic? The winner himself told us it was rigged ...
Pretty pathetic really. Have no time for that. Suck it up. Accept the result and get on with it.
Yet more proof Murka is becomjng a 3rd world country.

Is there an ignore function with the new bored?

If the trump supporters were all for Brexit. I am guessing they will be only too happy to let California secede?
They are calling it the calexit which seems like a missed opportunity to me clexit rolls of the tongue so much better.
That could be your island of sjw right there. Oh but they also have a massive economy. Tough decision now.

I'm genuinely interested in the thoughts of the pro Trump posters as to what would in their minds constitute a policy betrayal.
I'm assuming that he isn't going to keep all the policies that he promised during his campaign - what politician does - but surely there are some non-negotiables?
Or did his policies not matter so much

Oh I meant ignore specific users.
Was that not painfully obvious?

I'm really confused by your response. Is it Hillary or the republicans you are having a go at?
Not sure if you realise it was republicans who are hell bent on passing bathroom laws to force people to use a particular shitter.
As for job creation people use that term like it's a switch the politicians can flick on and off. It's so much more nuanced then this.
