    Reds resting a few players, and benching a few of their guns.

    That said it's still a very decent side.

    The Highlanders/Reds HT/FT double is paying $10 on Sportsbet here and it's juicy. If the Reds can hang with the Clan and then bring on LSL, Tupou, McReight and Vunivalu then I can see them finishing over the top of them.

    Playing Thomas is a risk but I wonder if McDermott was completely cooked from the final. I'm actually surprised more Reds players weren't rested for this one given the toll of the final.

    Yep. Smith will be going all out to trick his inexperienced opposite. Moves from the base of the scrum especially but also dragging him to open a gap when possible at rucks.

    It is the Rebels game that is in Queenstown (afternoon kickoff). This match is under the roof.
