Italy World Cup hero Salvatore 'Toto' Schillaci dies, aged 59

The revered striker, who came out of the 1990 World Cup a national icon, died in hospital this morning.

A career defined by one month of football. Did very little before or after the summer of 1990, but had a great summer UEFA Cup, Golden Boot and Golden Ball.

Bugger. One of my favourite old lady actresses. Her acerbic Downton Abbey character was outstanding.
