Reece scores a try after halftime but can he actually pick the ball up from that position? Feet in front of the ball, not part of the ruck 🤔
If he's part of the ruck he can't play it with his hands anyway can he?
Yes but I don't think he was bound.
I didn't see it. Was the ball in-goal already when he played it?
Nah out near the 22.
I'm trying to remember the law about picking the ball up from the ruck
if you're bound to the ruck I think you need 1 foot behind the ball, but if you're not bound you need 2 feet behind the ball.

A couple of good structured tries from the Saders, but that margin reflects a couple of freakish bounces and bits of individual talent.
Jeremy Williams was right in the post match: some unforced errors and narrow defence
But the force have had two games now where their defence just hasn't been good enough

More evidence that while not back to their best or a championship-winning outfit this year, that these Crusaders are a decent side and a helluva lot better than last year's mob.
While the Sith being utter shite was lots of fun, it was a one-season phenomenon.

Marshall.
"The kick has to be an accurate one....it was neither".
Intriguing.
Not accurate nor a kick?
Yeah dunno... maybe it was two kicks?

nor a single (one) kick? I don't follow it either...

Two cameos off the bench but am now a full on fanboi of Ioane Moananu.
Our bench has been pretty good so far. Some new faces plus experience. Has provided a point of difference in a couple of the games.

How did Scott Barrett go?

Pretty confident we can get the odd bonus point from our home games and wins on the road will be a bonus. Hopefully we should at least make the finals and not have to sweat on other results like last year. On a positive note we still have a number of guys returning from injury.

Was ok I thought, 2 best locks in NZ so far this year are Holland and Vai'i.

I've really liked what Beehre has brought to the Blues. High work-rate and feel like he should be a regular starter for them.
