do you add anything to the Green Tea?<br />
<br />
Not a fan of it on its own, but I like to squeeze lemon juice (or grapefruit) then freeze it into cubes and then use a cube and half a teaspoon of honey with my green tea, manly as!<br />
<br />
<br />
Yeah my manliness has been questioned as I sip it by mainly fat mates ! I get the stuff that has a bit of flavour ( currently having zesty lemon ) which is ummmmmm, well tolerable. Gonna try and have this as a coffee substitute at work when I get back on monday. Well I'll have to start the day with a coffee to be fair but will aim to restrict myself to just the one......<br />
<br />
I'm gonna aim to have about 10 cups a day over the next couple of weeks and will report back any fat loss ( which should happen supposedly as it aids digestion etc ) -
one I really 'enjoyed' was lemon, apple and ginger, with the latter also being good for digestion (although I dont think ginger beer, alcoholic or not, counts <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />)

You will need a fair bit of that green tea mate but I think it does help. I drink a lot of it at work but probably only 6 cups a day, haven't got to 10 yet.<br />
<br />
Drink it plain too. Think the one we have is Lipton green tea with jasmine. It's ok but much better than the others I've tasted -
I hate that one with Jasmin, the smell puts me off and makes it even more bitter IMO....

<br />
Strength still there though, took great pleasure in destroying a young smart arse in the office in an arm wrestle and best of all some hot girls saw me do it too. Is it sad to think like that at 35 years of age ?
<br />
<br />
Never EVER lose focus on the laydeez - it's why we're men. The ladies love the "old" guy doin what he do. Just don't lose or you'll look like a sad oldie -
not to mention we already have a MILF... <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /><br />
<br />
this thread is going no where fast! -
haven't tried it myself but from what I know it's an intra-workout carb drink with a bit of creatine and leucine in it.<br />
<br />
If its just a sample then you won't get much out of it other than trying the taste etc. <br />
<br />
Prolonged usage may assist with muscle building and recovery but shouldn't make you fat if that's what you are worried about -

Could be mistaken but the veins seem a bit more visible than usual. Could be the fact I've been flexing in front of the mirror for the last hour though,<br />

What can I say the fern wasn't exactly pumping and I was bored.<br />
<br />
But at the end of the day we're all blokes who talk to other blokes ( and Mokey ) on line so I hardly think any of us can really point the finger.
