Chelsea appear to be fucked for the foreseeable future

It’ll be a long time .... Klopp, Guardiola snd to a lesser extent Pochettino have built squads that can’t be beaten to the title in quick fashion.
We either stick with Sarri or give the next bloke 4 years.
Until you give him a chance to assemble his own squad it's a wasted year to fire him now.

Old squad, no transfers, stars possibly out. Coach maybe sacked. Who would they get to take the job?

I don't think a club like Chelsea will go for a young up and comer. At least not yet. They won't be satisfied without a reasonably big name

That doesn't answer, who would take a hopeless job with an owner barred from the country with a history of sacking managers? When you can't even transfer in players to suit your style?

Also I am convinced we'll lose to Man U this weekend.
Because the last 25-odd years have proven the natural order is liverpool don't win, and Man U are fucking fluffybunnies

Comedy in the mickey mouse cup final. Near the end of extra time and Chelsea keeper goes down injured and looks to be subbed off but has a massive dust up with his own manager and somehow manages to over-rule him and stays on the pitch! What a humiliator

Gone to Pens and if this keeper loses it for Chelsea he won't get out of the stadium I imagine. If he makes the winning Pen save then he will be a hero!

City have fucked this up for everyone. Liverpool go to the 4th place side, and get a point, and it's a disaster.
27 games, 20 wins, 1 loss, and Liverpool lead by a point. Spurs are on target for 80+ in 3rd for christ's sake.

Brendan Rodgers back in the Prem, taking the Leicester job

Do they have to play City again? He may do his old club a favour?

Rafa did his part.

In the end, Liverpool's 5-0 over Watford means no more than City's 1-0 over the Hammers. But jesus they needed a decent performance after the last month or so.
Current crisis club Chelsea knocking over Spurs probably goes close to shutting out Tottenham's last outside chance at knicking it. Arsenal v Spurs this weekend is suddenly very tasty.
