Finally got around to watching it (I've been the guy there the day it came out for all the previous ones, which tells you something...). Thought it was pretty meh.
The whole premise of the Emperor having survived and being back felt flaky and wasn't well explored. Nor was the back story of his son and then granddaughter. I thought they could've done more interesting stuff with Rey being more conflicted, and at then end even owning the fact she was a Palpatine and ending the whole Sith vs Jedi conflict - like a "thirds way" ? She did have a yellow lightsaber after all....
So overall felt pretty meh. Finn, Rose and Poe never really did it for me as characters. General Hux was a great cameo throughout the trilogy tho. The whole Ben/Rey can kill each other than heal each other willy-nilly felt contrived, then oh wait at the end the effort of doing so also kills you? Cool, makes sense. Ugh.
Visually was amazing though, and Disney will sell a ton of merchandise which is the goal these days really, story be damned.

I found this;
"The two remaining Star Wars movies (at the time of writing), Solo: A Star Wars Story, and Episode 8: The Last Jedi, will hit Disney+ when their existing streaming contracts expire, described by official sources as being within the first year of service launch. There is some suggestion that The Last Jedi will hit the platform in late December (Dec 26th)."
So whoever has that must be holding out as long as possible as it's available in other territories on Disney Plus.

@MN5 If you've not watched the Clone Wars cartoon, highly recommend getting the episode list of the ones to watch and then watching the final season.
Best Star Wars content out there at the moment. They are just about to overlap with Revenge of the Sith.
Particularly as Ashoka is rumoured to be on the next Mandlorian season and be getting her own live action series with Rosairo Dawson playing her.

Yeah my boys have raved about it, I might have to do a binge one avo.
Looks like the rumours about her being in season 2 are pretty promising.

Justwatch doesn't have it listed on a streaming service so maybe Sky or one of the broadcast networks holds the rights?
I think in OZ they got lucky in that it's Disney and Marvel contracts with Stan all ran out just before Disney Plus started.

Thor Ragnarok was late to Stream as well, was only made available a couple weeks ago.
Re @Kirwan and the Clone Wars. After a wavering Ashoka arc which seemed to waste 4 episodes it’s been outstanding since. Already over lapped with Episode 3 ( last week mentioning that Dooku had been killed by Anakin) have high hopes on the last 2 episodes.
Dave Filoni is superb, totally deserves his own live action movie if not Trilogy. -

It has previously been on Neon, so you may be right.
