haven't tried it myself but from what I know it's an intra-workout carb drink with a bit of creatine and leucine in it.<br />

If its just a sample then you won't get much out of it other than trying the taste etc. <br />

Prolonged usage may assist with muscle building and recovery but shouldn't make you fat if that's what you are worried about -

What can I say the fern wasn't exactly pumping and I was bored.<br />

But at the end of the day we're all blokes who talk to other blokes ( and Mokey ) on line so I hardly think any of us can really point the finger. -
Benched for the first time yesterday in over three months, tried the old 75kg as many times as I could ( like we had on the fern comp a while back ) and got to 20 ( bit disappointed in that, 4 below my best ) but next session i should do better I think. Dips and such have worked the muscles a bit lately but perhaps the technique was slightly iffy after such a long layoff.....
