🏉BAN THE BOXY🦵 The wise one Wayne Smith 🧙‍♂️ is well and truly against the box kick 📦 So much so that he told one of his Japanese players after winning the title 🏆 that he wouldn’t be playing round...

    @ACT-Crusader

@mariner4life is likely climaxing right now at that.

    C'mon world rugby, ban it!

Jesus Christ the chat from the Crusaders pundits is unbearable

and they've got their comics wrong, it's Obelix not Asterix.

@antipodean Another thing said in that Sam Casey interview is that Williams has no structural damage to his knee - which mirrors what @chris said earlier.

    Hopefully correct.

There isn’t. It’s more bruising, a little concern over bone bruising but has been fine all week. A good Burnside man will play through the pain 😉

Forecast looks to be wet with a bit of a Southwester..
I am neutral in this match , but really looking forward to it. Especially the Dmac v Reihana match up

The two big factors that I think will decide the game are discipline and the set piece.

Crusaders scrum may prove to be the difference, but will be close.

I think the Chiefs need to get up early and take the local crowd out of it a bit., get the sneaky cow bells ringing and take all points on offer.

would be great if they could get the cowbells in sync on thier phones/bluetooth, otherwise it will just be hundreds/thousands playing it on thier phones so will just be noise

Loft bar would be the ideal spot if you can get a table mate. I suggest booking in

Bryn Hall stands out like dogs balls when thrown in with that bunch

I would think Sam Whitelock would be the one 'standing out' of those 5......

I hear the Chiefs have brought in legends Nick Holten, Loki Crichton and Toby Morland to rally the troops

Was Tony Morland bought in to talk about their heroic effort in the 2009 final?

Two more Super Rugby titles than Carter...

Probably not a bad thing having a journeyman or two speak amongst the legends given the current Crusaders team. Not a dig, just an acknowledgment that the current crop aren't (yet) of the same ilk as some of the champion teams of past.
