When preparing the scene for it's premier DVD release, Carpenter took the opportunity to re-score it using today's modern synths. The music works fine, but it's newer sound is at odds with the rest of the analog score.<br />

The cue "Atlanta Bank Robbery" was first released (as a bonus track) on the previous, somewhat expanded Big Trouble in Little China CD, then again (in beefed up form) on the expanded SILVA Escape from New York.<br />
