Warriors are doing alright - only 4 points out of tying second-placed St George.

Nelson Asofa-Solomona is out of the Kiwis with injury. Elijah Taylor has been called in.

Damn. Was really looking forward to watching him play. I also wonder if the Storm and Warriors were deliberately scheduled to play on Sunday by the NRL as they knew that they contribute the highest number of rep players to the Kiwis and the short turnaround obvioulsy would hamper the test players. A four day preparation for a big test is hardly ideal.

Is Nelson committed to the kiwis?

Paranoia has me worried about an origin enticement before he's capped

League has no morals but maybe I think too much

@Siam not sure he would qualify under the new rules.

A quick review of google tells me he signed with the Storm when he was 15. Not sure when he actually moved to Aussie. Origin rules now state if you weren't born in Qld or NSW you must have a resided there before the age of 13. Fuck knows what reside means for the purpose of eligibility though.

apparently he is having surgery on a hand and missing a month for the storm

    SKD busted for coke.

Best comment I've seen so far is "there is no way he would have been in possession, he would have dropped it straight away"

Now waiting on the NRL colour by numbers response. Isolated incident. Team mates had no idea he was into that stuff, and had those problems. If it's bad enough, maybe a quick stay in Thailand rehab.

Wonder if this will be as easy to sweep under the carpet and get off like the domestic violence charges were last year.

Could put SKD's career in tatters. Safe to say he's out at Roosters for sure. Definitely out of Kiwis for RLWC at end of year.

Do the Warriors need a cheap centre/wing for next season or are we good with Blake Ayshford, David Fusitua, Solomona Kata and Charnze Nicoll-Kolkstad?

    We're probably good.

Damn, I just sat down to watch and have realised the flippin game is on Ch9. I don't have free to air TV.

It's not even livestreamed by CH9 either.

So, watch the 10pm replay or find a stream? I think I'll wait and watch the replay.

Gee Fifita is a fat fuck isn't he!

Aussie with a very un-Aussie mistake early in the tackle count.

After a promising start by the Kiwis, Oz score as per script after back to back to back sets.

That is the difference right there, we had two opportunities to force line drop outs early on but both kicks were waaay over cooked.

We HAVE to score next or she's game over, the Kiwis don't do comebacks.

It's good that they're forcing repeat sets, but unfortunately we don't really look like scoring.

The ref isn't allowing any shitty slowing down in the tackle tactics that we see in the NRL every week.

    Good to see.

Meanwhile, we've had a good period on attack but couldn't get across the line.
