    Your QBE North Harbour squad to play Canterbury in this weeks Mitre 10 Cup has been announced with a couple of changes from last week. Ben Volavola starts at 15 with Shaun Stevenson to the bench, and Brandon Nansen in at lock for Jarrad Hoeata who is serving a one week suspension after the Northland game

    @tim Do you remember what Hoeata did to deserve that suspension? I remember him full of blood and he's always been a thug on the field, but don't quite remember what it was this time.

    Someone on this board was talking up Alex hodgeman as all black quality recently.

    I hope they are watching this game, soft as shit in the scrum. That's why he never got game time for the crusaders

    Not a fan of Taramai, but he is playing well at 7 this year (not an 8). Toughest position in NZ though.
