This SW v Stormers result makes the Jaguares v Bulls extra interesting. Both Jags and Bulls are playing for that final Wild Card spot, although they're also close to the Waratahs/Rebels (whoever of those two does not win the Aussie conference).

Why is it that day rugby always seem to produce great encounters....

It seems to me that the gap is narrowing between the NZ sides and the rest. Two NZ have lost against foreign opposition this week : the Highlanders (heavily) and the Chiefs. The latter were seriously weakened and their loss was predictable. But the Crusaders (last week) and the Hurricanes (on Friday) struggled against their Australian opponents. What is the most worrying is the quality of their respective displays : lots of mistakes, lack of clinical finish. Maybe there will be only three NZ sides for the quarter finals ?
