@jc you one of those technically challenged retirees who cant turn thier phone on its side
What? It works on its side? Right I’m getting the user manual out and studying it in detail. Which is something us old people do a lot to fill our days. That and aimlessly wandering around the supermarket.

@stockcar86 That's excellent cooperation and awareness. Lane filtering is relatively new here. On a daily basis I'll pass other motorcyclists who are prepared to sit in traffic. Watching vidblogs, particularly London bikers and you see some great low speed filtering. It's a bit different where I am, having to continuously remind myself that at 25% more than the speed limit, the law only permits lane filtering to 30km/h.

@no-quarter I would have been proud of that!

Not many people have ever heard of Johnny Torrio. He might just be the greatest mobster who ever lived.
(I watch all of the Bloodletters & Badmen youtube channel videos detailing mafia history. Highly recommend, and the narrators’ voice is perfect.)

Except for everyone who has seen Boardwalk Empire.

@taniwharugby Marc Ellis and Matthew Ridge entered that cheese rolling contest back when they had their TV show.
Ellis won the thing - just launched himself with zero fear. Ridge was caught napping by the way Ellis came out of the blocks.

Having visited the Las Vegas Madam Tussauds I can vouch just how life like the statues are.
Though wouldn’t likely go that far.. -
