Genia is such a huge loss for Australia. Creates so much of their play.

Hope he's okay for next week.

Despite Ireland getting the try, I'd still be carding the player who rolled over and lay on the wrong side of the ruck.

Yeah, for me it's a YC or a PT. Getting both is harsh.

The ref, however, knows the law. A PT should come with a card.

You may argue the law is wrong all you like, but the ref is obliged to use them as written.

Depends. An penalisable transgression that prevents a try may result in a PT, but the action may not meet the threshold of a YC.

90 secs for Wallabies to score a converted try.

It's the big question hanging over Schmidt's coaching. Are the players he has just bereft of attacking instinct, or does he coach it out of them?

Lads. At long last NZ has a decent ref. That was an excellent display.

This Irish team's ability to retain possession is second to none. We have more X factor players than them but they are way more patient than we are, compete better at the breakdown and in Murray and Sexton, they have halves that control the game better than Smith and Beaudie. The match in Dublin is going to be one hell of a game.
