I liked this - "The Melodrama singer..." - which I read as this - Lorde sings " a song in which the characters show stronger emotions than real people usually do". Also the way she behaves, so I thought that was quite apt.
Unfortunately it seems that she has an album called "Melodrama" - which I doubt is a comment on her self awareness.

@jegga apparently they believe that having staff standing around tasked with engaging with you is a cost effective (minimum wage) preventer of "wastage" i.e. if you came in with the intention of shoplifting you suddenly won't if some doofus says Welcome to Bunnings

…..and that story is devastating.ha, when I was about 5 or 6, I always used to be amazed at how hot it got in the US, and also used to think it was dumb that birds would fly south for the winter, given it would be colder when they flew south!
