    @Rancid-Schnitzel dude your bloody day starts at 4am!! with that kind of start time plus the swimming and weights it's no wonder you've smashed multiple meals 🙂

    Yeah the fast probably isn't for me but I'm really intrigued. It appears to be the real deal rather than fad. There is so much misinformation and BS out there so it's cool when something hyped is actually legit. Will be interesting following this journey 👍

    Funny you should mention that as I have just put my lunch together and was wondering if I had just been suckered into a fad. Kind of refreshing to hear good feedback from others results

    Tbh I was highly sceptical of this thing, but too many people I know have done it and achieved good results for it to be dismissed as a fad. Also when @Paekakboyz and @MN5 speak I pay attention. My trust of them runs marrow deep. On most things anyway!

    Enjoying the fasting diet as I’m definitely eating smaller portions when in the eating phase.

    Lost 7.5kg total so far.

    Haven’t been to gym yet after joining a month or two ago.

    Thanks. I am pretty happy with that as I don't find I feel as though I am missing out on anything.

    I do have to stop myself reaching for a beer from the fridge during the week when I go and feed up the horses.

    @Hooroo that's the key, it has to maintainable right? No way I would have lastest 5 months doing this if it felt like torture.

    Absolutely. Even though I have had some meals I regretted (lunches while travelling for work) I have still lost weight. Displace those with my normal healthier (and tasty) lunches and I would be even better off

    @Hooroo

    I wouldn’t worry about those - if you are staying (mostly) to the pattern, and losing weight, you’re winning. Especially, if it doesn’t feel too hard. 7 and a half is bit of weight!

    I cheat every weekend then use the weeks to stay on track, and it’s easily maintainable. When I tried to go hard through the weekends, I’d end up losing faith on Monday - I have to say that weight app from Kirwan helps with this because it evens things out.

    Good call! Weekends I cheat too BUT I still won't start eating until midday. It's just that I will have beers after 8pm

    If that is sustainable, then you’re winning IMO

    7.5kg!! That is primo bro - and even cooler to hear you are working out how to fit the fasting in alongside quality of life. That's the biggest hurdle, if it sucks all the time you just make it so hard to become a habit.

    I've mentioned it before but my snacking has dropped to zero with fasting. I eat dinner, and now try and eat it earlier, then it's easy to say no to snacks. I am loving having my 13 hour fast ending around 7.30-8am as I can easily push through to 9am or 10am and get those extra hours. It feels like hitting a bonus round and is really satisfying. Then I eat a sausage roll and feel even better ha ha

    Some gym work would be a great addition, but as the weight loss is going great guns it'd be more useful for stress management, and to build more muscle so you're consuming more calories to maintain.

    Fast, eat less or near a calorie deficit, work out/build muscle. WIN!!!
