@Chris still a bloody strong squad,I still reckon they may target another number 6/8 type of player ..it would not surprise me if Ofa Tuangafasi moves to the Saders given his brother Isi from what I have heard has really enjoyed the culture and the set up..

@Steven-Harris @Cantab79 thanks team, Crusaders look strong. Enough to say Crusaders and Canes will most likely be top 2 in the conference once again, with Chiefs close behind. Ironically the Canes might finally have a better pack than the Crusaders.

Remark : So now, you are many who see Goodhue as a second five eight. You all laughed at me when I suggested it a few months ago.
For next year, Mataele will be in the mix too. He was brilliant before his injury.
Allan is not a THP so surely Jager, Isi T or a new recruit on the bench if Perry covers the LH position. -

But I am pretty sure Jordie Barrett has already signed with the Crusaders
If Ofa does sign its the LFs which they really need to bolster up if they do that they are going to be tough again -

Why move to the Highlander to play FB when he is playing there for the Canes that seems strange -

@Chris how confident are you that Jordie has signed? Chit chat around the Green Man (Canes partner bar) over the weekend suggests they are going no where. Just hope they announce their moves soon (if they are heading off).

@Chris Interesting, obviously hope it doesn't happen because I think the Crusaders don't need him.
Also heard that Pari Pari Parkinson might be on the move to the Canes next year, joining Lomax. However I will take that with a grain of salt considering we are fairly filled up with locks now. (assuming IWL re-signs).

The canes have a lot of good locks for next year recruited well with Scrafton and if IWL re-signs
Seems someone wouldn’t be happy in the pecking order -
@Chris yeah similar to Jordie, he might actually risk missing out on a starting berth if he makes that move.

@Chris I got the oil on Jordie moving to the Highlanders from his mate Sam who works for NZME in Dunedin ..same guy he went out with and ended up at the wrong address..mind you after that incident..some mate..lol
