Don't know if you're getting the Fox aftermatch interview with Cruden, but it's a good one. Well spoken, isn't full of the usual platitudes, but there's enough to make it seem real.

Which leads me to my usual gripe - ex-players shouldn't commentate on the team they played for. See Megs for another example.

TBH, I've never though Meg cheerleads for the Crusaders (they have TJ for that), I actually think he often goes out of his way to try to be balanced ... or do you mean when he comentates Southland matches?

All the stats favoured NSW except the one that counts.
I haven't read the comments yet but I was really impressed with Geldenhuys' effort. Obviously the Chiefs had been working on aggression at the breakdown and linespeed in their bye week. The lineout functioned well too when you pick locks not loose forwards.
Manu looked liked a player who hadn't played in a while, particularly on defence.
Good to get the 5 pts after the getting nothing out of the Brumbies game.
