Apparently the boat went past his much bigger boat too quickly and the wake broke something on his main boat (mooring tie or crockery, who knows what) So he jumped in his inflatable in a rage and humiliated his drunk self

I’ve watched this about five times already, it is so good. As one comment says though the woman filming is not much higher on the evolutionary chain though, still filming instead of comforting the kids.

@Bones she apparently has lost her job as a deputy principal. Seems a bit unfair to me, someone who screams "you dumb fuck!!!" repeatedly at someone before attacking then with an oar, all in front of her kids, seems of perfect character to be looking after other people's young children for a living.
