@chris Yep, and this is the way things are officiated in the NH. SH teams going to be in big trouble when they play there and get NH refs.
I assume this is because Unions are so scared of law suits from ex-players? Ruin the game with over-the-top officiating, because of possible lawsuits later?
Its like a different game. How on earth was there no card in today’s AB Game?
Yeah it’s like Rugby and the other you can’t be too rough rugby.
I don’t disagree but my wife could well be one of those women who won’t let their kids play rugby if there is the situation where unions don’t act about headshots.
I understand that but let’s have some common sense
At let’s keep the red card replacement rule we trialed in super Rugby.
Then we are back to 15 men after 20 min.I agree, but today when my wife saw Dmac get hammered and nothing happened she literally said ‘do people not care if you get hit in the head’?
She has a good point.
But keep the red card replacement rule at least it will not ruin the games as spectacles.
Then give them a appropriate ban after the game.I absolutely think we should have that rule but that’s different to the current discussion - we’ll struggle to get kids playing if parents think that the sport itself is a danger to their long term health.
To illustrate, I have a few USA friends who won’t let their kids play football as they know the potential danger. They’ll watch it and cheer etc, but not let their kids play it. At some point, that’s not sustainable.

I don’t disagree at all.
Just would like to see a better way of dealing with it,
And clear decision making it’s a mess right now. -

Wales have a 3 on 1 opportunity and Argentina save the try.
Outstanding defence

If Wales don't win this, they'll be kicking themselves.
They've had so many opportunities but failed to convert them to tries
